After 14 days has passed since your purchase was delivered, we are unable to issue you a refund or exchange. To complete your return or exchange, you will need authorization for any merchandise. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused, undamaged and in the same condition that you received it.

Upon receiving your return request, we will determine the if you are eligible to return and within the return time frame. If you are, we will respond with a return authorization email.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Upon inspection, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment, within 7 business days.
Late or missing refunds

- Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

- If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you can only exchange the item for a similar priced item only and you will not receive a refund.
- If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund or exchange to the gift giver (purchaser) only will be notified of the return.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
- If you are returning an item(s) valued over $75, we recommend that you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. In order to issue any refunds or exchanges, we need proof the merchandise was shipped to us and we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
